HOW TO PURCHASE PRENATAL GIFT CARD

You can select and purchase the Prénatal Gift Card directly from any cash desk at Prénatal Beirut City Centre or Prénatal Centro Mall.
You can also purchase the eGift Card online through Prenatal Lebanon.

HOW TO USE THE GIFT CARD

The Prénatal Gift Card may be presented for full or partial payment of merchandise purchased from Prénatal Beirut City Centre and Prénatal Centro Mall branches. The amount of any purchase will automatically be deducted from the balance on the card.
The physical Gift Card can only be redeemed in-store, while the eGift Card can only be redeemed online through Prenatal Lebanon.

HOW TO PURCHASE OR SHARE PRENATAL’S EGIFT CARD ONLINE

Any requested amount for the eGift Card can be purchased instantly online through Prenatal Lebanon.
All you have to do is visit the Gift Card section, fill in the required details, and share the eGift Card directly with your loved ones for any special occasion.

CHECK YOUR BALANCE

The outstanding balance will be displayed at the bottom of your receipt after every purchase.
You may also check your Gift Card balance directly at any Prénatal cash desk in Beirut City Centre or Centro Mall.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Prénatal Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Once issued, Prénatal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Refunds on items purchased with a Gift Card will be made in accordance with the exchange policy of the store purchased from.
