We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:


  1. Exchange is allowed within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
  4. The following items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene or product policy:

    • Underwear
    • Accessories
    • Body care items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the issue. If verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
