1. What sizes do you offer for baby and kids clothing?
We offer a wide range of sizes for babies and children, from newborn to pre-teen. Please refer to the size chart on each product page to help choose the perfect fit for your little one!
2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the items you want to purchase, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready to checkout, follow the steps to complete your order. You can pay via credit card or cash on delivery.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Currently only international orders can be tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
4. What shipping methods are available?
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:
- Delivered within 2-4 business days. Ideal for everyday orders.
- Faster delivery or next day delivery, within 24hrs or 1 business days for urgent orders.
(Available in Beirut for orders placed before 12am) - Same Day Delivery within Beirut for all clothing items.
- Order online and collect your items from our showroom (free of charge).

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weight, & dimensions. You can find more information on international shipping during checkout.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping on select items. You can add you request in the note section, next to the added product, or you can select this option at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest to make your gift extra special.
7. How do I create a registry?
Creating a baby registry with us is easy! Just visit our Registry page, fill out the form, and start adding your favorite items to your list. You can share your registry with family and friends to help them choose the perfect gift.
8. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we allow exchanges for size adjustments, as long as the item meets our return criteria. Please contact our customer support team, and we’ll help you with the exchange process.
